ResiTraining™ - Body Strengthening Resistance Belt

*** I updated my review and rating since they sent me with a new one. Great customer service. I am by no means a boxer or MMA fighter. I took up boxing for fitness and fun at home. I bought it at the start of March and heard a 'snap' tonight (just short of 3 weeks usage - I was using it maybe 3-4 times a week for 15-20 minutes). Much to my disappointment, it appears that the band inside has broken - gutted (it's actually a fun bit of kit that definitely makes a workout harder). I know one star is harsh as I don't "hate it". But it shouldn't break in less than 3 weeks of what I would consider light usage.

This is really cool for resistance training while boxing, good for joint maintenance adds negative resistance. Only thing is I think the bands are getting loose cause the resistance is starting to happen at a farther point in my punch. But over all great piec of equipment.

I just recieved the product the only downside was it didnt have instructions everything seems durable and fits as comfortably as you would expect nice design throwing punches burns really fast I think almost anyone who is into MMA/Boxing would benefit from this product I bought the lowest resistance one I would recommend the middle one for most people and the people who are heavyweight I would get the strongest one.

Maybe I'm missing sonething here but i have two issues with this product. First, the strap that goes around the bottom of the foot is such a pain and not good at all. Maybe a similiar Velcro type piece would be mich easier and stable. This is important as it's needed to keep the ankle harness from riding up which is incredibly uncomfortable. Second, i really have to tighten the waist harness to the point that its also uncomfortable so the leg bands don't pull it down around my rear. Its almost as if there is just a little too much tension in the bands. Thus it seems to put unnecessary strain on the back. And I'm only five ten by the way. If it wasn't for these two problems this would be a great product. I just got this and have only used it three times and love the workout it provides but would love if it were a hell of alot more comfortable.

This item got to my home in a timely fashion and is great. It’s durable, the resistance adds to my punching and kicking power. I use it for every shadow boxing and heavy bag workout. Perfect training equipment for runners and fighters alike!

This thing is no Joke. It is a great product at a very nice price. I look forward to workouts Thank to the Resifight belt. Makes a 30 min workout felt like I get much more out of it. Well Done.

These will make your punching and kicking muscles stronger but also helps you focus on your form. Good for any one practicing MMA or kickboxing.
